Epic Logistics LLC (collectively "Epic", "Epic Teams", "we", "us", or "our") provides the services to you subject to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which may be updated by us from time to time. The following terms govern the use of our website located at https://epicteams.app/ ("Website or App"), our mobile application ("App"), and any functions provided by, through, or in conjunction with the Website or App, including but not limited to Website content, mobile app content, communications, and customer support (collectively, the "Services"). Notwithstanding, if you are or become a customer of Epic Teams you may be asked to sign on to additional or alternate terms. If such is the case, and there is a conflict between these Terms and those additional terms, the additional terms will prevail.

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR APP AND/OR THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. EPIC TEAMS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPDATE OR MODIFY THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. FOR THIS REASON, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO REVIEW THE TERMS WHENEVER YOU USE THE WEBSITE OR APP OR SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE OR APP OR SERVICES.

1. Who May Use the Website, App, and Services

You must be sixteen (16) years of age or older to use our Website, App, and Services. By using the Website, App, or Services, you represent to us that you are at least 16 years of age. You further agree that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, representations, and responsibilities set forth in these Terms.

By using our Website, App, or Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide to us. Our Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference.

3. Changes to the Website, App, or Services

  • Epic Teams reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content that violates these Terms or harms users or the platform.
  • By submitting content, you grant Epic Teams a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, publish, modify, reproduce, adapt, and distribute the content in any format and medium. You waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.

5. User Conduct Guidelines

The Website, App, and Services are for your personal or authorized organizational use only. You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or exploit the Website or App content without express written permission.
  • Use the Services for commercial purposes not approved by Epic Teams.
  • Upload or transmit any malicious code or engage in any activity that interferes with the performance of the Website or App.
  • Engage in conduct that Epic Teams deems harmful or offensive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER MISSISSIPPI LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPIC TEAMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE WEBSITE, APP, AND SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Epic Teams and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, and legal fees arising from your use of the Website, App, or Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website, App, and Services at any time and for any reason. Any obligations or liabilities incurred before termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in [Insert County], Mississippi, under JAMS rules. Class action waivers apply. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

  • Supabase for data and storage
  • Clerk for authentication
  • Vercel for hosting
  • Resend for transactional email
  • PostHog for analytics

We are not liable for outages or issues caused by these providers.

16. FERPA & Institutional Use

When working with higher-ed institutions, Epic Teams acts as a FERPA-compliant school official. We do not use educational records beyond what is necessary to deliver services under institutional direction.

Epic Teams responds to support requests sent to contact@epicteams.app within 72 hours.
